Registration forms and a  list of required documents is posted on the district and individual schools’ websites and are available in hard copy in each school’s main office.

  • (the elementary registration form is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Chinese; families can use Google translate or contact the school’s building leader for additional translation services) 

• Dover-Sherborn Middle School new student registration 

• Dover-Sherborn High School new student registration

  • Download the PDF documents to your computer 

  • Go to Google Translate, upload the PDF files and translate them to the preferred language 

  • Download translated documents and complete
